Note: For reference, the Questionnaire Status field will show you the current status of that Questionnaire ID before you hit submit.

The Questionnaires below will be processed as paper responses ** in TrueRoll 12 hours after they are added to this list. They will dissapear from the list below once processed. Click Delete to remove a questionnaire from the processing queue.
